ECM Plus +++ Records and document bellwether Archive Systems is unveiling a new records facility serving the Washington D.C. metro area offering advanced paperless records management services for records storage, document destruction and offsite data protection.

“Now we have the opportunity to provide our services and solutions to the DC area and change the way our nation’s capital manages documents” commented Andy Koval, executive vice president of Archive Systems.

Archive said its offering also boasts services and cloud-based software that enable people to go paperless.

The company added that documents can still be stored on-site or off-site, which it said was ‘a significant shift’ in the records management industry.

The new facility incorporates barcode tracking, system-driven workflows, and sophisticated records management systems to keep records protected yet easily accessible. Organizations can request traditional delivery of hard copy records or view them as electronic files from their desktop by using Archive Systems’ Virtual Van document conversion services.
