Beta release with integrated customer experience management

ECM Plus +++ Web content management system vendor Kentico Software has just taken the wraps off its new beta version of Kentico CMS 6 which now boasts a new product line – Kentico Enterprise Marketing Solution.
”With the release of Kentico CMS 6, we are introducing a new Customer Experience Management product – Kentico Enterprise Marketing Solution (EMS). It empowers marketers to deliver customer-centric on-line marketing across channels and achieve instant results and customer insights” said Petr Palas, CEO of Kentico Software. ”With version 6, Kentico will deliver a complete Customer Experience Management platform covering Content Management, E-commerce, Social Media and On-line Marketing. It will speed up delivery and optimization of customer experiences across channels, including web, e-mail and mobile,” he adds.
Kentico said its EMS is complete on-line marketing solutions that covers all you need to manage campaigns optimize customer experience, manage and score leads and evaluate your campaigns and conversions” commented Michal Neuwirth, Product Manager at Kentico Software. “EMS is designed to increase your marketing ROI.”
CMS 6 includes e-mail marketing, marketing dashboards, A/B and multivariate testing, campaign and conversion management, integration bus and improved web analytics. On top of this, Kentico EMS adds On-line Marketing features such as Content Personalization, Contact Management, Lead Scoring and Segmentation. Kentico EMS is also enriched with some additional Enterprise features as Health Monitoring, support of Multiple SMTP Servers and Scheduler Windows Services.
The new beta version is available for download to partners via its partner portal. CMS 6 will be available in late September 2011.
