YouGov survey finds a need for B2C businesses to be more responsive to their customers

Capture Driven BPM Takes Centre Stage At Kofax Customer Connect Panel

EMEA Launch Event – Speedshop topics & questions for the Q&A Panel

There are just a few days to go before the Kofax Customer Connect event in London, and over the last week people have been voting on the topics they want to discuss during the afternoon speedshop sessions.

The three topics under discussion on the 19th Aprilwill be:

– Is the paperless office really a better place to be?
– BPM technology: interesting, but I need a solution to my problem. Stop selling and start helping?
– How can improving business processes increase customer longevity and profitability?

As well as the speedshops there will also be a live Q&A panel in the morning of the 19th. The panel includes Anthony Macciola, the Kofax CTO; Derek Miers, Forrester Analyst, John Newton, CIO of Alfresco and Anthony Murphy, former CIO of CICA.
